The Visual First Responder (VFR) is a lightweight, wireless video camera system for emergency first response teams. The VFR can be submerged for simple, quick decontamination.

The VFR increases responder safety and reduces response time during a chemical, biological, or other HAZMAT events. It allows the incident commander and other experts outside outside the exclusion real exclusion zone to see in real--time what the entry team sees.

The live video can be displayed on the system’s own color LCD preLCD monitor or a pre--existing video monitor. It is easily recorded using a digital video recorder such as the Tempest DVR.

The Primary leg uses 900MHZ for superior performance in highly reflective environments. (I.e. buildings and tunnels).
